<image:title>Home - Learn the system. Deepen the teacher. Find your voice.</image:title>
<image:caption>I help Pilates teachers deepen their understanding of the whole Pilates system — not simply by learning more exercises, but by discovering how the repertoire, apparatus, order, transitions and connections work together as a whole. I help teachers develop their eye, understand the intention behind the work and become more confident in the choices they make. By providing a strong foundation while encouraging curiosity, I support teachers to move beyond simply following a system — to truly understand the work, see the person in front of them and find their own authentic voice within their teaching.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Eventually, we realise that becoming a great teacher isn't always about accumulating more information. Sometimes it is about gently removing what gets in the way. The borrowed language. The rigid rules. The need to be right. The fear of not knowing. The need to fix. Until what remains is something much simpler: Knowledge. Curiosity. Presence. And you. Not a version of your teacher. Not a teacher performing Pilates correctly</image:caption>

      <image:title>About</image:title>
<image:caption>I have been teaching Pilates for nearly twenty years, but increasingly I have come to understand that what I am really interested in is wholeness. Joseph Pilates spoke of the complete coordination of body, mind and spirit, and it is the spirit within that idea that continues to fascinate me. We spend a great deal of time as movement teachers learning about the body — anatomy, biomechanics, repertoire, alignment and technique. All of this matters deeply. But there is another part of the person standing in front of us that cannot so easily be measured or organised. Their aliveness. Their story. Their relationship with themselves. The way they breathe, respond, protect, trust, connect and inhabit their own body. Perhaps this is what spirit means to me. A deep respect for the whole Pilates system sits at the heart of my teaching</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - A search for wholeness</image:title>
<image:caption>What began as a career in Pilates has gradually become a much deeper quest for wholeness — an exploration of the relationship between body, mind and spirit, and of what becomes possible when we feel safe enough to truly connect with ourselves. My offering today is deeply personal, refined and honed through thousands of hours of teaching, observing, listening and learning. Alongside my teaching, I now create space for mentorship and for my writing, A Search for Wholeness. I began writing my own heroine’s journey during lockdown, and it has become one of the most healing practices of my life. Before Pilates, I trained as a weaver at Central Saint Martins and designed fabrics for interiors. Weaving taught me patience, persistence, creativity and the importance of paying attention to the smallest detail. It might seem a long way from the path I began when I took my first Pilates class in 2001, but to me the connection is clear. I have always been interested in the threads. In weaving, individual threads come together to create something strong, balanced and enduring. In Pilates, I see the same principle — exercises connect, apparatus speaks to apparatus, and body, mind and spirit are never truly separate. The deeper we understand those relationships, the more clearly we begin to see the whole. My Classical teaching has been profoundly shaped by my mentor and friend Holly Murray of PI Studios in London, whose teaching lineage comes through Romana Kryzanowska, a student of Joseph and Clara Pilates. Through Holly I was also fortunate to meet Bob Liekens, whose teaching continues to influence so many of us. Maria Earle has been another important influence. We share a fascination with language and communication, and through Maria I was introduced to ideas passed down through first-generation teacher Kathy Grant. I hold these teachings with enormous gratitude. But I also believe our teachers give us knowledge so that, eventually, we can discover how to make it our own.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - The Lens I bring to Teaching</image:title>
<image:caption>My own healing journey has profoundly shaped the way I teach. Exploring my own inheritance, the patterns and imprints I carry, and the experiences that have shaped me has changed the way I understand myself — and, in turn, the way I see the world. It has taught me that none of us arrives in a body without a story. We bring our histories, relationships, patterns and ways of protecting ourselves into the spaces we inhabit and into the way we move through life. Understanding more of my own story has made me a more curious and compassionate teacher. I am less interested in judging what I see or trying to fix it, and more interested in listening — allowing space for the person in front of me to discover something for themselves. For me, healing is not about becoming someone different. It is a return to wholeness — reconnecting with parts of ourselves we may have forgotten, hidden or left behind. And perhaps that is what movement can offer us too: a way back into relationship with ourselves.</image:caption>

<image:caption>You will leave with more than a larger repertoire. You will understand how the whole system connects. You will begin to see bodies differently. You will become clearer about why you choose what you choose. You will develop greater confidence in your own eye and voice. And you will have a framework for continuing to grow long after the training ends. You don't need to leave the teacher you already are at the door. Bring your experience. Bring your questions. Bring your curiosity. Bring yourself. We'll build the bridge from there.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Teacher Training - Why I’ve created this…</image:title>
<image:caption>Through my own healing journey and twenty years of teaching and running a full-time Pilates studio, I came to realise that the work we do as teachers reaches far beyond the exercises. I created this program because I believe Pilates teachers are capable of so much more than delivering movement instruction. We work with people on many levels — physically, emotionally and energetically. Beneath every exercise, something deeper may be taking place. When we learn to listen rather than simply correct, the body can become one of our greatest teachers. Our bodies are designed to move towards vitality and healing, yet sometimes the mind gets in the way. This is true for us as teachers, too. We can spend years learning more exercises, anatomy, techniques and ways to help others while quietly holding ourselves back. We may doubt ourselves, compare ourselves, strive for perfection or remain safely within what we already know. I created this program to support teachers who are ready to move beyond those limitations. Those ready to dive deep into the Classical repertoire This program is an invitation to step into that possibility. To trust your experience. To listen more deeply. To teach from a place of authenticity, presence and connection. Perhaps that is the real journey beyond the exercises: not becoming somebody else, but having the courage to become more fully ourselves.</image:caption>
